Executive Director, Partnerships

Reporting to the Vice President, Loyalty Programs, North & Central America, the Executive Director, Partnerships will be responsible for creating new and innovative partnerships – both traditional and lifestyle - to support customer interactions with the brands in the Region. The candidate will develop new and work with existing partners to create and execute revenue and/or brand enhancing programs. The candidate will also oversee partner marketing initiatives tied to ALL – AccorLiveLimitless.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and lead partnership strategy. Work with partners to develop joint marketing plans in order to maximize exposure to boost partnership revenue.
  • Define and activate marketing plan through all channels, using all marketing tools: benchmarking, data analytics, customer personalization, campaign management.
  • Work with Corporate functions to take full advantage of airline, creditcard, lifestyle and other multi-brand and multi-region programs.
  • Work with Regional Marketing & Revenue Directors and properties to identify needs and pursue partnerships accordingly.
  • Produce andanalyze regional performance reports and dashboards.
  • Develop and manage partnership marketing plans and budgets for North & Central America.
  • Support Region's key marketing campaigns by utilizing partnership channels.
  • Utilize market, consumer and competitive information to formulate partner programs and strategies that deliver enhanced brand strength within the region.
  • Identify and qualify potential partners for lead generation.
  • Work across functional business units to ensure compliance with accounting, financial, internal control rules and processes and flawless execution of the action plans.
  • Work closely with Loyalty team to drive member & partner (Frequent Flyer programs and other partners) promotional planning to ensure that they add value for the member and remain profitable for the program.
  • Provide insights and marketing intelligence on the competitive set and partner marketing landscape.
  • Manage and ensure professional growth for direct report(s).

Your experience and skills include:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in the hotel or service industry with strong background in partnerships, CRM, analytics, marketing, direct & digital marketing.
  • Hospitality, Marketing or Business related degree
  • Strong understanding and experience with relationship with both travel industry and lifestyle partner marketing theories and practices/tactics
  • Project management skills with ability to plan, prioritize and execute initiatives
  • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions based on disciplined quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal skills

Note:  Must already be legally entitled to work in Canada to be considered for the position
