Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of ECM projects such as IPOs and secondary placement;
• Closely work with internal team member and external partners to ensure smooth execution
• Perform administrative duties
• Prepare and handle new opening accounts documents and other customer service-related matters
• Execute dealing orders
• Support ad-hoc projects and assignment
• Perform other duties being assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• DSE or above with minimum 1-year relevant experience relevant experience in financial institutions
• Passed in the relevant HKSI Examinations is an advantage
• Sound knowledge on financial and securities market
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS-Excel and Word
• Reliable, attentive to details, well-organized and good interpersonal skills;
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
