Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist the Senior Executive to manage day-to-day activities in relation to the group (MICE) sales function, with a focus on building long-term and value-based customer relationships as well as achieving the sales objectives
Support preparation of rate proposals for the Group (MICE) segment
Follow up group business, including but not limited to rooms and catering arrangement
Work together with the team, take care of pre-event arrangement, logistic coordination and on-site supervision
Work closely with internal departments to deliver high standard services and ensure high customers satisfaction
Establish and maintain strong relationship with clients, business partners and vendors in producing special events seamlessly
Provide administration support to the team and assist in ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:
Tertiary educated major in Business Administration, Events / Hospitality Management or related disciplines;
Minimum 1 – 2 years working experience in similar industry
Experienced in hospitality or catering operations is an advantage
Excellent command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
Self-motivated, result oriented and determined
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge in Delphi is an asset
Immediate available is highly preferred
