Job Descriptions

• Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of Executive Floor lounge, pantry and office
• Moniter, order and ensure sufficient F&B and gerenal stock is on hand in order for the lounge to function properly
• Offer luggage assistance and escort guests to the lift 
• Assist Guest Relations Officers with room checks if necessary
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure best quality oriducts and services
• Taking monthly operational eqipment and F&B stock count
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and sections such as kitchens, outlets, stewarding and housekeeping for smooth operation

Job Requirements

• 1 year working experience in hotel / guest services is perferred, preferably in F&B Operations
• Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Excellent customer services and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, detail-minded with pleasant personality

*Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Executive Floor Ambassador.
