Responsibilities:
 Manage the development of all products through the entire development process: from concept design, to art and animation, to program and audio implementation.
 Strive for the absolute best quality possible with a very detail-focused attitude. Maintain a product driven culture among team members.
 Control the budget and make sure deadlines are met to ensure on-time delivery of projects
 Make sure the games and gameplay are in-line with our brand’s values, goals and direction
 Regularly and articulately inform management of the overall status of project development

Requirements:
 Over 3 years of art director/executive producer experience, preferably in the game industry
 Strong management skills
 Art/Design associated background
 Driven to create high-quality products, a passion to fine tune and deliver great products
 Strong sense of responsibility and ownership towards your own projects and team
 Interest in kids game market
 A committed and driven attitude

Compensation & Benefits:
 Competitive and attractive salarywill be provided and be based on education and experience;
 Working days: 5 days a week
 A work (Z) Visa will be provided
 Airfare will be provided after completion of a year-long contract
