Job Description

About Our Client:

Our Client is a prestigious travel destination organization. They are looking for a high calibre to fill in the role - Executive - Human Resources. 

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, select, engage and orientate successful applicants in an efficient and effective manner for Hong Kong Head Office, and provide HR support to Worldwide Offices.
  • Maintain close relationship with recruitment agencies to ensure sufficient and quality supply of candidates.
  • Provide advices and guidelines to help hiring managers / employees understand and comply with employment related ordinances and internal policies.
  • Manage daily HR operations including but not limited to on-boarding process, staff movement, termination, performance management cycle, etc and provide constructive HR advice to department managers.
  • Maintain staff personal file and make sure all staff computerised records in HR system/ Intranet are up-to-date and in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Compile various reports relating to headcount, staff movement, turnover analysis, etc and analyse data for management attention and decisions
  • Engage in any other ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements

  • University graduate preferably in the discipline of Human Resources Management or Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as HR generalist with account servicing or recruitment focus.
  • Well-versed with HR practices and labour law, preferably with regional exposure.
  • Meticulous, strong planning and implementation skills, with an eye on details. Strong interpersonal skills, able to build up rapport with people at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
  • Able to manage multi-tasks and high work pressure as well as meeting tight deadline.
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
  • Excellent computer skills on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
