Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiries
  • Prepare tour itinerary and quotation
  • Create and update product information in booking system
  • Handle tour operation process and progress
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors, suppliers and clients
  • Perform administrative duties and provide back-up support

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above, preferably in Travel and Tourism or related discipline
  • Preferable with 3 years relevant experience
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • With strong interest in tourism
  • Detail-minded, patient and independent
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Executive – MICE
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
