Responsible of managing all corporate Vitality accounts acquired from Brokers/Partnership Distribution/Direct channel which includes working with various teams to plan and execute events and activities for AIA Vitality, an award-winning health and wellness programme to effectively engage and support companies and its employees to uplift workplace health and wellness. He/She should have experience in account servicing, business development, events management and be able to work and interact well with people across levels.

• Work with key internal stakeholders to pitch Corporate Vitality for member acquisition and be the account servicing lead to support the corporates on all matters on AIA Vitality from staff briefing and onboarding processes, to tailoring employee engagement to uniquely support the companies on staff engagement.
• Be the account servicing lead to work with the distribution channel(s) and Human Resources department of each corporate vitality account to plan, develop and execute engagement activities which includes but not limited to mass participation of virtual events, onsite physical wellness day activities and exclusive engagement campaigns for selected corporates to drive employee’s usage of AIA Vitality programme.
• Take charge of regular engagement reports to monitor and drive Corporate Vitality members’ deepened engagement with the programme to support account retention and renewal.
• Work with partners and/or creative/marketing agencies to develop corporate wellness collaterals, such as eDMs, flyers and posters on engagement activities, to promote the events and drive participation

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in marketing, communications or related business discipline with at least two years of relevant working experience
• Good team player with strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Good organisational and project management skills
• Events management and business development background will be an advantage
