Executive Officer in the Faculty of Dentistry (Ref. 497035) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should have a good Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ administrative work experience in public organizations, preferably in tertiary institutions. They should have good organizational, communication and analytical skills; computer literacy; and attention to details. They should also be self-motivated, mature, and able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility. An excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a prerequisite. Knowledge of and experience in academic programme administration and curriculum reviews will be an advantage. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.
