Executive Officer in the Department of Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine (Ref: 497183) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree, with at least 1 year’s administrative work experience. Experience in handling human resources and financial matters in tertiary institutions would be an advantage. Applicants should also have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, good computer skills, good communication and problem-solving skills, strong critical thinking, and the ability to work independently under tight timelines. The appointee will coordinate a large-scale school- and community-based multidisciplinary project on comprehensive early childhood intervention in disadvantaged areas in Hong Kong. He/She will also provide administrative and managerial support to various research projects, and perform other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview.
