Executive Officer (2 posts) in the Faculty of Dentistry (Ref.: 498540) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two- to three-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary)

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience in a supervisory position in public organizations, preferably in tertiary institutions. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good organizational, communication, interpersonal and financial analytical skills; and proficiency in PC applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing. They should also be mature, proactive, and able to work independently. Previous experience in working in a clinical academic or clinical setting, particularly in a leadership role; and using online financial management systems would be advantageous.

The appointees will lead and work with an outreach team in the Faculty of Dentistry to provide professional support in a full range of activities to the project manager and clinical staff. They will also assist the Director of an outreach team to provide outreach dental service to kindergarten, research, clinical, financial and human resource matters.
