Executive Officer in the Department of Psychology (Ref.: 498382) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 5 years' work experience in administration. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines; and good IT proficiency. Preference would be given to those who have education and experience in counselling.

The appointee will provide administrative support for State Key Laboratory of Brain and Cognitive Sciences and the Institute of Clinical Neuropsychology at the University of Hong Kong. He/She will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Laboratory and the Institute, manage the finances, prepare project-related materials and reports, as well as provide project management support to various research projects under the supervision of Professor Tatia Lee and perform other duties as assigned.
