Executive Officer in the Faculty of Architecture (Ref.: 498680) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a recognized Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years' solid experience in administration in tertiary institutions. They should have the ability to work independently and flexibly, a strong sense of responsibility, a service-oriented mindset and proven experience in staff supervision. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated, attentive to details and multi-task oriented; and have excellent communication skills with high proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), and have good knowledge of IT and software applications.

The appointee will assist the Faculty’s research team in handling knowledge exchange initiatives, the Research Assessment Exercise, research postgraduate matters, research grants, donation-related matters, and perform other duties as assigned. He/She is expected to work with people from different cultural backgrounds and at different levels, and will work closely with departments/divisions of the Faculty and the central University units.
