Execute marketing plans to enhance College image
Assist to develop and execute digital marketing plans
Liaise and coordinate with media reporters, support media operations, including media reception, media enquiry, press conference, press release, etc.
Build long-term relations with internal and external stakeholders, including donors, alumni, student representatives, etc.
Support fundraising initiatives, including writing proposals to apply for external funds for foundations, corporations etc.
Organise PR events/activities/exhibitions/ceremonies/campaigns, etc.
Provide administrative support to CPRO including resource allocation, budget planning, procurement, etc.
Provide secretarial service to committees
Perform any other duties to achieve unit’s objectives as assigned by Unit head and manager of CPRO and / or delegates
Possess a recognised Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communications / Journalism or a related discipline
Have at least 5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in digital marketing, communications, public relations, event management or marketing
Be capable of creating Facebook posts, ads or Instagram posts, etc.
Have good problem-solving, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
Be mature, self-motivated, proactive and ability of multi-tasking
Be a good team player and work independently
Have excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Be proficient in computer applications, and having knowledge of PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator and Chinese word processing will be an advantage
