Reporting to the Executive Manager, the overall role of the Executive Officer is to handle a wide range of administrative responsibilities including but not limited to insurance, procurement, vehicles management, statistical work, tenancy and licensing matters, etc.
Responsibilities:
1. To provide a full spectrum of administrative support for the central administration;
2. To review and coordinate the update of the Association’s policies, guidelines and procedures to meet compliance requirements;
3. To review contracts and agreements and prepare reports, correspondence and proposals, etc.
4. To liaise with internal and external parties on administrative matters; and
5. To perform ad hoc assignments and other related duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Requirements:
1. Degree holder with 6 years or above solid and hands-on experience in administration related tasks, with exposure in sizeable organizations;
2. Highly resourceful team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
3. Proactive, highly organized and be able to juggle multiple projects;
4. Responsible, meticulous attention to detail with a “can-do” attitude;
5. Proficient in PC applications; and
6. Good command of written English and Chinese.
