Executive Officer in the Faculty of Social Sciences (Ref.: 498510) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree with 5 years’ solid administrative work experience. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese and effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills. They should be effective team players with the ability to work independently on multi tasks and to deliver quality outputs under tight deadlines. They should also be self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and attentive to details.

The appointee is expected to provide administrative support to a variety of academic and teaching activities for undergraduate students, including but not limited to student matters, admission, committee serving, event management and curriculum development. He/She is also responsible for coordinating the experiential learning programmes and student enrichment activities such as exchanges and internships; and performing other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
