Executive Officer/Clerk I (holding the functional title of Senior Executive Assistant)/Clerk II (holding the functional title of Executive Assistant) (several posts) in the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy (Ref.: 495521) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should have a good Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 2 years' solid work experience, preferably in a tertiary institution. They should have a good command of written and spoken English (an overall band score of 7.5 or above in IELTS or equivalent) and Chinese; good communication, organization, event coordination and people management skills; proficiency in IT; and the ability to work independently and multi-task. They should be highly motivated to contribute towards the growth and development of a busy department in the University. Those with lower qualifications or less experience may be considered as Clerk I or Clerk II.
The appointees will perform a wide spectrum of administrative tasks. They will assist in personnel and financial management, the coordination of academic programmes, general office administration, and other duties as assigned.
