Invitation is extended to qualified candidates to apply for the post of Executive Officer with the following attributes:
Qualifications and requirements
- A recognized degree;
- At least 2 years of relevant secretarial experience, preferably in the publicity, public relations, project management and event planning, for education sector;
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, with good standards of writing;
- Proficient computer knowledge in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing. Proficient in other presentation software is preferred;
- A mature and independent personality with good communication and inter-personal skills;
- Able to work under pressure and to complete work assignments on time.
The appointee will be required to: -
(a) perform general office duties;
(b) assist in the promotion, public relations and external liaison work;
(c) assist in organizing and coordinating events and activities;
(d) update and maintain website;
(e) produce content for both print and web, including brochures, leaflets and e-newsletters;
(f) provide secretarial support for meetings, prepare documents and compile reports;
(g) perform any other administrative duties as assigned.
