Pay
HK$32,675 to HK$57,621 per month (including Monthly Allowance)

Job
1. Provide executive support to various subject areas under Allied Health Grade Department including grade management, Medical Fee assistance, Samaritan Fund and Community Care Fund Medical Assistance Programmes. e.g. implementation of different initiatives, developing and updating guidelines of the operational procedures, planning and conducting investigation on post approval checking.
2. Provide executive support to various committees and working groups including preparation of agenda, presentation materials, taking of minutes, drafting of papers / reports, etc.
3. Assist in the data management including compilation of reports and analysis of service trend.
4. Handle internal and external enquiries / correspondences and liaise with service partners.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of systems (e.g. Samaritan Fund Management System, e-Waiving System).
6. Assist in the co-ordination of ad hoc projects and surveys.
7. Perform other duties associated with the post.
Requirements
1. A university degree or equivalent.
2. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Preferred Attributes/Exposure
1. At least 2 years’ relevant experience in administration and office management.
2. Highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibility.
3. Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook), word processing (both English and Chinese), Adobe and Webpage design, e.g. Front Page, Firework, Photoshop.
Remarks
1. May be required to work in another work location to meet service needs of the HA.
For Serving HA Staff
2. Selected candidate will be offered either contract or fixed term appointment for a period up to 31 March 2022 depending on his/her existing employment terms. Serving contract employee will be offered contract employment with an up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity upon completion of contract with satisfactory performance. Serving permanent employee will be offered a fixed term appointment with a reversion clause according to the prevailing policies.
3. The offer of salary and allowance (Cash Allowance, Fixed-flexi Allowance or Monthly Allowance) for serving employees upon changes in appointment will be made in accordance with prevailing policies.

4. Appointment will be on contract terms for a period up to 31 March 2022. Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered upon completion of contract with satisfactory performance.
5. Retiring / retired HA staff who wish to continue working for HA after their normal retirement may also apply. If selected, the terms and conditions of employment will be offered in accordance with prevailing policies of the Retired and Rehire Mechanism of HA.
