Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide executive and secretarial supports to the Manager
- Assist to oversee the department operation and support the day-to-day activities
- Participate in project implementation and monitor the progress of projects
- Assist in collecting and analyzing management information, and preparing reports
- Assist in preparation of documents for hospital accreditation
- Perform general administrative duties including data input, filing, record keeping, document management
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors
Entry Requirements:
- A bachelor’s university degree or equivalent
- At least5 years’ experience in administrative or management
- Proficient in MS Office, English and Chinese Word Processing, Excel and Powerpoint
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Able to work independently and perform multi-task
- Self-motivated, flexible and a good team player
- Able to work under pressure
