Job Description

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and executive support to Hospital Management
  • Provide secretarial support to various committees, task forces and operations meetings
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, organizing and managing hospital projects for continuous quality improvement
  • Maintain a good filing system for proper record keeping and retrieval
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to support the daily operation of the Office
  • Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors

 

Entry Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Health Care Management/Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience with exposure in healthcare setting is an advantage
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, attention to details and good computer literacy
  • Immediate availability preferred
