HK$32,675 to HK$57,621 per month (including Monthly Allowance)

Job
The post-holder will provide executive support to incident management and risk reduction projects with main duties as follows:
1. Assist in handling incident management duties.
2. Play a key role in developing and implementing risk reduction projects.
3. Engage and liaise with key stakeholders including relevant healthcare professional groups throughout the planning and implementation of the projects.
4. Coordinate and organize meetings, taskforce discussions and workshops with relevant stakeholders.
5. Provide administrative and secretarial support to meetings.
6. Assist to prepare board papers and presentations for meetings.
7. Assist in editing and designing department publications.
8. Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
1. A University degree, or equivalent.
2. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Preferred Attributes/Exposure
1. Experience in project management.
2. Possession of postgraduate qualification in health related disciplines or project management.
3. Possession of working experience in healthcare setting.
4. Proficiency in common office automation and PC applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, etc.).
5. Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
6. Responsible, self-motivated and be able to work independently.
Remarks
1. May be required to work in another work location to meet service needs of the HA.
For Serving HA Staff
2. Selected candidate will be offered either contract or fixed term appointment for 3 years depending on his/her existing employment terms. Serving contract employee will be offered contract employment with an up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity upon completion of contract with satisfactory performance. Serving permanent employee will be offered a fixed term appointment with a reversion clause according to the prevailing policies.
3. The offer of salary and allowance (Cash Allowance, Fixed-flexi Allowance or Monthly Allowance) for serving employees upon changes in appointment will be made in accordance with prevailing policies.
For External Applicants
4. Appointment will be on contract terms for a period of 3 years. Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered upon completion of contract with satisfactory performance.
5. Retiring / retired HA staff who wish to continue working for HA after their normal retirement may also apply. If selected, the terms and conditions of employment will be offered in accordance with prevailing policies of the Retired and Rehire Mechanism of HA.
