Executive Officer (holding the functional title of Manager) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 495653) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree, with around 5 years’ work experience in the field of corporate communications, branding and marketing, public relations, or related fields. Relevant experience in business education/higher education would be a definite advantage. They must have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese); good organizational, communication, project management and problem-solving skills with a high level of computer proficiency; and must be able to work independently and under pressure.

The appointee will assist the Faculty’s Communications and External Relations team to devise, implement and execute branding initiatives, plan and organize a variety of events while working closely with various internal teams on internal and external communications. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
