Executive Officer (holding the functional title of Project Manager) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 494377) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business-related subjects, with around 5 years’ work experience. A good knowledge of executive education programmes in the Asian market and sound network with the business sector would definitely be an advantage. They should be good team players with an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese). They should have a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, a high level of computer proficiency, good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, marketing and project management skills as well as the ability to build relationships at all levels in the private and public sectors, the ability to work independently and under pressure, and perform multiple tasks. The appointee will support the Faculty’s development in the executive education portfolio, including programme development and execution, and project coordination.
