Executive Officer (two posts) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 497167) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 to 4 years’ full-time work experience in administration, preferably in a tertiary institution. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English (with an overall band score of 7.5 or above in IELTS or equivalent) and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese); good organizational, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills; computer literacy; and be able to work independently and under pressure. They should be good team players with the ability to handle multiple tasks and be attentive to details. The appointees will provide administrative support to the planning, execution and development of academic programmes and perform other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
