Executive Officer in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 498644) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good university degree, with at least 5 years’ solid administrative work experience in the higher education sector or of a related field, preferably with experience in database establishment. They should be self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure to meet tight deadlines. A good command of English (with an overall band score of 7.5 or above in IELTS (or equivalent)) and Chinese; a high level of communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, and problem-solving skills are essential. Applicants should also be able to multi-task and be attentive to details, with the ability to supervise clerical staff. The appointee is expected to provide support to a wide spectrum of administrative work under the Research Services team.
