At AbbVie Ballytivnan, we are expanding our facility into a multi-million dollar state of the art biologics plant that will bring ground breaking scientific research to real life solutions for our patients. As part of this expansion, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to join our award winning team. In this role, you will support the VP of Biologics/Device QA. Here is a snapshot of your day to day responsibilities: Arranging business travel and accommodations for the VP of Biologics/Device QA Completion of travel expense reports Assist in developing spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations Maintaining shared folders and on-line tools Scheduling of events and entertainment as required Assisting in standardising and collecting data for internal reporting including weekly and monthly reports. Completing assigned projects to a high quality level Ad hoc duties and special projects as required. Qualifications So, what education & experience do you need? Minimum third level certificate of education Minimum 2 years’ experience in an executive support role (or similar) Microsoft office skilled on Word, Excel and PowerPoint, coupled with a comprehensive working knowledge of email and internet. Strong organisational and time management skills Capability to prioritise and multi-task. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High accuracy and strong attention to detail skills.
