Promote gaming products and services to the target market segments

Establish personal relationship with the premium players on a regular and on-going basis

Develop profiles on each key premium player to ensure team members of Paiza know these players and how to service them

Public Relations including: Recognize and greet patrons, remember their preferences of cigars, food, drinks, etc

Focus on position: be competitive in the market, especially in this region. Ensure patron’s visits are repeated by providing excellent service.

Financial: not give away complimentary allowances to patrons on player programs unless they have sufficient recorded in the system

Organize and supervise travel and accommodation arrangements

Assist and participate in functions and special events

Report to Business Development Managers/Director of Business Development/ AVP/VP/SVP/EVP of Business Development on all matters during the shift

Maintain and project the Company’s professional reputation

High School Graduated

1-2 years of experience in related area preferred

Knowledge of the gaming products and services offered at Paiza, especially the Premium Program as offered by SCL

Knowledge of the different incentive programs offered by casinos in Macau and in the region

Work independently and be self-motivated

Respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest needs

Have proven track record of personally providing excellent customer service

Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, team building, and problem-solving skills

Get along with fellow Team Members and work as a team

Be willing to work any day and any shift

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft software including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc

Knowledge of system ACSC preferred
