TASK DESCRIPTION


1.  Product Audit/Quality Audit
- Conduct Product Audit (Finish Audit & Inline) at Assembly Shop (including sub-assembly) as per audit program

- Prepare presentation of the result findings to production group after each audit

- Ensure and follow-up product audit finding issued are closed as due date given

- Major/abnormal issued found during audit activities are strictly follow CS3 Escalation Model

- Prepare weekly report for product audit and present in every week shop meeting

- Daily/timely audit result entry into Audit Office System

2.  Continuous Improvement Activities
- Support in continuous improvement team activities

- Corrective action to be define and follow-up

- Follow-up 8D report as to ensure all are close within due date given and effective

- Conduct product quality audit analysis for systematic/repeated product quality issue whenever required

3.  Others
- Maintain and Calibration requirement of the PA Assembly Shop tools and equipments


- Alert each pack month changes (CGIS) by attending Assembly Shop technical alteration/Changes meeting

- Support ISO 9001 & DAG surveillance audit related topic for PA Assembly Shop
