Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the project of procurement, including production, inventory management, logistic arrangement and etc
• Stipulate the standard of quality inspection according to the law and regulation of the related districts
• Plan and execute quality inspection and follow up with problem materials
• Handle related quotation, agreement and payment issues
• Able to work closely with cross-functional departments to deal with different business issues

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• 4 years or above solid experiences in materials procurement
• Experience in the usage of inventory system is a must 
• Able to work independently in China
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Be responsible, detail-minded and with good analytical skill
• Good command in spoken and written English, Chinese (Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
