Consult Group is a leading specialist recruitment group placing professional people into permanent and interim roles for companies invested in Asia Pacific, through Executive Search and Recruitment Process Outsourcing.

As the go-to person for all our existing and potential customers in your specific industry, you will be responsible for managing an internal team of consultants and recruiters to achieve greater client and industry penetration to meet annual targets. This position is based at our Shanghai office in prestigious Nanjing Road. The successful candidate should have at least 10 years of working experience in the specific industry niche with at least 5 years in recruiting.
