Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support in the daily operation of the Reinsurance Team, including review and consolidation of policy data, monitoring and control on risk cessions, handling of particular reinsurance portfolios, documentation of reinsurance manuals and ISO procedures.
• Participate in regular monitoring on risk commitments and ensure proper maintenance of locality register.
• Assist in renewal of the treaty reinsurance program and preparing for the Annual Reinsurance Returns as required by regional office.
• Support the reporting manager in routine review on data integrity and compliance check on reinsurance arranged by various business units.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above
• At least 3 years of work experience in general insurance
• Professional qualification in ACII/ANZIIF would be an advantage
• Good team player with strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good PC skills in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
