Job Description

The Executive is responsible for organizing and executing sales events and promotional campaigns to ensure the SOP and operations are effective and efficient. Assist the Team to discharge all duties and responsibilities relating to the back end support of the Retail Development team and administration services.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Arrange and execute events, GWP, Sales Events and promotions and partnerships etc.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales and revenue for the Mall at CoD and SC, and Morpheus Retail
  • Prepare forecast for promotions and events and setup KPIs
  • Prepare regular market and competitors analysis
  • Review and perform data-analysis on promotions and/or incentive schemes for the malls, Morpheus Retail
  • Present key sales & analysis findings to management with actionable recommendations for business development
  • Work closely with Retailers at CoD and SC, and Morpheus Retail team to implement initiatives
  • Plan, review, and enforce the SOP for all initiatives
  • Ensure all stakeholders are informed about promotions and initiatives
  • Develop marketing communication strategies with Marketing teams for the Malls exposures and promotions
  • Develop, Maintain, and Activate the Mall VICs (data collected from GWP)
  • Coordinate with Brand and Marketing Team for all the on Property promotions set up
  • Assist on managing the daily operation of the Mall Concierge Counters in both COD and SC
  • Check and analyses the daily Retail Rewards Points Reports
  • Liaise with other BUs to create the SOPs for all the programs for the Mall Concierge Team
  • Handle the roster scheduling for the Mall Concierge Team
  • Provide administrative support to the Retail Department Team

  • Creative, Independent, Proactive, Self-motivated, and with strong business sense.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, attention to detail, presentation and coordination skills.
  • Provide a high standard of support to the Retail Development team.
  • Liaise effectively with other departments on behalf of the team to convey and/or source required information.
  • Strong knowledge in tenancy and facilities management with shopping mall experience is advantageous.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in event marketing, promotion campaigns, sales, or brand promotion
  • Experience in mall or retail environment is a plus

Education

  • Degree Holder in Marketing & Events, Business, or related discipline. Other candidates with relevant experience will be considered.

Skills / Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in using Excel, Powerpoint, Word and other MS Office apps.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or AutoCAD will be an advantage.
  • Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese, with some Putonghua.
