Location: Sheung Wan
Roles and responsibilities:
- Provide executive and secretarial support to the Head of Human Resources Division (HHRD) including managing meetings/visits/events schedules and overseas trips;
- coordinate with senior management and members of the Board of Directors to ensure the related meetings/activities being well-organized;
- handle in/out documents and telephone enquiries, and compile general correspondence of the HHRD’s office;
- develop and maintain an organized and tidy documentary record system; and
- undertake ad hoc research including information collection, compilation and analysis for specific issues as assigned, and provide a summary/proposal to facilitate the management’s decision making.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A recognized degree or equivalent;
- Grade E or above in English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in the HKCEE or equivalent;
- fluent communication in English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- good communication and interpersonal skills; and
- preferably with executive and/or secretarial experience in large-scale organization.

Compensation & employment terms:
The successful candidate will initially be offered a 3-year contract with a remuneration package which will commensurate with his/her background and experience. The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement. Apart from contributions to the MPF Scheme, other benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships. The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.
