General Purpose

Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

Main Activities

  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
  • Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
  • Reads and screens incoming correspondence and reports
  • Assists with the establishments, revisions and maintenance of office procedures and policies.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
  • Makes travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.
  • Responsible of Sending / receiving Samples. Contact shipping forwarder to load the goods.
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping. Collects and maintains records, statistical information, and reports.
  • Handle the logistical operation .Negotiate with Forwarders and suppliers to get the best deal.
  • Handle the HR related procedures and coordinate with the HR Company to manage the employee process.
  • Having a knowledge about government procedures related to company rules and regulations and employee policies
  • Take responsibility for the safe custody of petty cash and supporting documents and office expenses.

Skills /Key Competencies

  • Communication skills [English is a must] - written and verbal.
  • Administration & secretarial experience, HR experience is plus
  • Computer skills ( Office/Excel )
