General Purpose
Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
Main Activities
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
- Reads and screens incoming correspondence and reports
- Assists with the establishments, revisions and maintenance of office procedures and policies.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
- Makes travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.
- Responsible of Sending / receiving Samples. Contact shipping forwarder to load the goods.
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping. Collects and maintains records, statistical information, and reports.
- Handle the logistical operation .Negotiate with Forwarders and suppliers to get the best deal.
- Handle the HR related procedures and coordinate with the HR Company to manage the employee process.
- Having a knowledge about government procedures related to company rules and regulations and employee policies
- Take responsibility for the safe custody of petty cash and supporting documents and office expenses.

Skills /Key Competencies
- Communication skills [English is a must] - written and verbal.
- Administration & secretarial experience, HR experience is plus
- Computer skills ( Office/Excel )
- Planning and organizing
