Job Overview


To provide administrative support to the VP of Western Star Sales and District Sales Managers to ensure that objective goals are met. Sales is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to multitask and confidently navigate priorities and duties.
 
Responsibilities
- Calendar management including, but not limited to scheduling appointments, coordinate meetings and offsite events.


- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including, but not limited to flight reservations, tickets, transportation at destination, hotel accommodations, and itineraries.


- Type correspondence from shorthand notes, transcription material, or handwritten notes and arranges material in a professional format. Edits and corrects material as necessary.


- Correspondence may be of an extremely confidential and/or technical nature.


- Responsible for the administration and maintenance of various schedules, records, and files as is necessary


- Prepare and process travel expense forms at the completion of trip.
Other functions include: assist in the ordering and stocking of promotional merchandise for sales giveaways; and other miscellaneous requests, as needed.


- Receive and distribute incoming mail. Answers mail of a routine nature.

- May prepare replies of a semi-technical or technical nature for approval.


- Maintain a professional image for the executive and the company.


- Maintain specialized clerical/technical functions associated with ongoing project work.


- Reports to: Senior Management.

- 3 years of related experience and a high school diploma (or equivalent); or an associates degree with 1 year of related experience required
