Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
2. Follow up the implementation of the CEO's instructions and decisions.
3. Draft letters, memos, reports, minutes of meetings, presentations etc.
4. Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) and ensure an effective document control in place.
5. Assist daily reception and public relations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Native English speaker, have more than 2 years experiences in providing support for upper-level management.
3. Excellent oral and writing skills in both English and Chinese, familiar with secretarial and reception work, good manners, and master basic business etiquette and conference management skills.
4. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills,good communication ability,strong initiative, responsibility, integrity and confidentiality.
5. Proficient in MS Office.
