About our client

The client is a long established Asian conglomerate with a few hundred employees in Hong Kong alone. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of professional secretarial and personal support to Top Management
  • Organize business schedules and travel arrangements
  • Develop presentations, agendas, correspondence and memorandum for both internal and external meetings
  • Manage daily telephone calls, emails and other means of communications
  • Handle correspondence and assignments independently and professionally
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder or above
  • A minimum 15 years' of work experience
  • Experience with conglomerate preferred
  • Excellent English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, PowerPoint is a must
  • Mature, tactful, well-organized and attentive to details
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive material and critical assignments in a professional, discrete manner
  • High-integrity, confidentiality and able to work under pressure
  • Flexible to work extended hours if required
