The Social Media Executive, GCM with Hilton will be responsible for brand social content motoring, implementing, and optimizing social campaigns across various social channels to drive brand awareness and consideration.

What will I be doing?

● Post and produce WeChat content with an average of 6-8 posts per month.

● Collaborate with key stakeholders to support them in generating content outlines, formulating design directions, and delivering relevant revisions.

● Coordinate and collaborate with the designer to generate high-quality visuals and posters.

● Efficiently manage WeChat graphic back-end editing, uploading, and operational tasks.

● Supervise WeChat video channel operations, data handling, and synchronized video releases.

● Assist the line manager in monitoring influencers' content in regular digital campaigns.

● Manage Little RED book and Douyin content operations, data performance, and video postings.

● Compile monthly WeChat reports, including analysis of follower growth, post impressions, Hilton brand index on WeChat, search resource analysis, content, and menu analysis, etc.

● Assist the line manager in completing the monthly social report, including Hilton Brand index, search index, and competitors' performance on both Douyin and Little RED book.

● It is necessary to monitor the public opinion on social media platforms on a daily basis.

What are we looking for?

Required Skills and Experience:

l Possess at least five 5 years of experience in digital marketing roles within Greater China.

l Have substantial experience in digital agency performance management or working with digital agencies.

l Demonstrate effective communication skills, with the capacity to express ideas clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.

l Exhibit a strong ability to create social content and be familiar with the trends on social media.

l Possess strong problem-solving skills.

l Exhibit strong project management skills, including the capability to manage details through to completion and ensure that project deadlines are met.

l Possess expert knowledge in influencers' marketing.

l Have strong knowledge in WeChat content creation and operation.

l Be an expert in analyzing the data of KOL contents (CPM, CPE, CTR, impression, engagement).

l Have an advanced understanding of all social media channels, such as Douyin, Red Book, and WeChat, etc.

l Be fluent in English and Mandarin.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

· Extensive knowledge of integrated marketing strategy or digital marketing experience and eCommerce experience.

· Extensive experience reviewing data, manipulating data, and developing insights

· Experienced presenting findings (story-telling) to internal and/or external customers and provide strategic recommendations.
