The Executive Sourcing Team strives to actively and proactively assist executive recruiting to source and introduce world class executive talent to meet Intel's business needs. Our objective is maximize sourcing channels and market intelligence to identify qualify build and maintain long-term relationships to deliver the future leaders for Intel.
Primary responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:
Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies
Focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking cold calling complex internet searches and research.
Source active candidates from online databases contact lists internal databases and employee referrals.
Act as a search expert for a functional technical areas by understanding hiring needs position specifications and search requirements.
Partner with recruiters to generate ideas leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process.
Screen candidates for availability interest level visa status salary range relocation needs and basic qualifications.
Versed in Boolean logic and modern searches.
Interact at all levels of the organization.
Implement targeted sourcing initiatives.
Generate high quality pipeline of candidates.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of sourcing experience with a recruiting search firm agency or inhouse recruiting sourcing team or 7+ years of recruiting experience in lieu of degree.
Preferred qualifications:
1+ years sourcing/recruiting experience for executive roles.
Experience developing sourcing strategies to drive diversity initiatives and hard to fill requisitions.
Experience developing sourcing strategies utilizing Talent Market Intelligence supply demand competition trends.
Experience building relationship with passive candidates and transforming them to proactive/active candidates.

Work Model for this Role
This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
