Executive Sourcing Specialist (Europe, Egypt or South Africa)

As part of our Europe, India, Middle-East and South Africa team, you’ll play a critical role in the identification and sourcing of executive level talent to join Mars across our business.
In this role you’ll execute the research and outreach strategy for Executive hires including: market mapping & research, candidate identification & engagement, candidate screening and interview coordination.
You’ll work in a highly collaborative environment with a customer centric mindset and leverage networking, planning and problem-solving skill sets to source and engage top talent for Mars across EMEA and at times globally.
What are we looking for?
- An expert Sourcer with an eye for finding and engaging great talent from a variety of different sourcing channels (LinkedIn, resume databases, social media, employee referrals etc.)
- Experience creating search strategies, market mapping and gathering talent intelligence to help inform outreach approach
- Experience of sourcing executive level talent across Europe is a must and ideally across broader geographies, either from an Executive Search firm, agency or in-house. CPG experience is highly preferred.
- Someone who enjoys working in a highly collaborative environment and is confident and effective working with senior stakeholders.
What would be your key responsibilities?
- Create research strategies and pipelines to identify, source and engage senior leadership talent for Mars
- Use market talent data to provide insights and recommendations to influence stakeholder thinking and support decision making across all sourcing activities
- Proactively engage and source for high-quality leadership talent, leveraging sourcing tools, databases, referrals and professional networks
- Develop deep functional and market knowledge for the areas of sourcing responsibility.
- Proactively identify and participate in communities and events to build a broad external network to gain perspective, market insights and share best practices.
- Proactively identify, engage others and follow-through on areas of improvement to enable exceptional service delivery to both candidates and hiring managers in the space of Executive Recruitment
- Provide a white-glove service for hiring managers and candidates including the coordination and arranging of interviews.
