What you will be doing:
- To assist the Executive Chef in overseeing the kitchen and stewarding operations of the Hotel
- To interact with Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing to ensure residents and guests receive high levels of service
- To be entrepreneurial and to think beyond the boundaries is expected and not requested
- To provide service that is sincere, warm and enthusiastic, ensuring the guests’ satisfaction
- To take the time to get to know the guests and to be committed to service excellence
Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum expérience of 3 – 5 years with international chain hotels.
- Bachelor Degree or Hotel Management Degree or Equivalent.
- Heartist, Team Player, Strong Leadership, creative, innovative and with great communication skill.
