To assist the Executive Chef in the operation and administration and had overall responsibility in the absence of Executive Chef in planning, organizing, and managing all activities within the Food preparation areas with the following specific responsibilities.

• 3-4 years experience in multi-outlet kitchens
• Expert on Thai Food
• HACCP knowledge
• Good computer skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Must be flexible in terms of working hours.
