Executive Travel Assistant Bilingual

• Does Luxury speak to you?  As an Executive Travel Assistant located in our Moncton office, you will be getting to know our most valued clients and creating exceptional travel experiences for them.  As their single point of contact, you will be providing personalized recommendations and the exclusive experiences that truly define Luxury.

  What you will be doing:
• Responding to top tier member requests and questions via email and phone, planning flawless experiences based on your expertise
• Anticipating the needs of our members, making suggestions and setting up on-site activities and services
• Taking care of our members during their stay, ie. assisting with unexpected travel delays, restaurant reservations, transportation and more
  
  Your experience and skills include:
• You communicate fluently in French and English, both written and spoken, in a warm, friendly and professional manner
• You are a customer service expert with experience in luxury, travel or hospitality, (3 to 5+ years an asset)
• You are proficient with MS Office, and you are an Organizer who knows how to prioritize, follow up and deliver on tasks and on deadline
• You can commit to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
