We are looking for an Executive/VIP Desktop Support Technician to provide day-to-day white glove process and technical support for Senior Executives and their Administrative Assistants at our European HQ in Rotkreuz. This role requires a very high level of technical proficiency and requires an individual with executive presence and strong communication skills. The selected candidate must quickly and effectively diagnose and resolve issues related to PCs, Macs, mobile devices, printers, video conferencing, Skype, business application software, telecommunication issues and potential local network issues.

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will support the delivery of the day to day IT activities for our most senior leaders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • PC, laptop, macs and printer support including hardware upgrades, installs, moves, or changes.
  • Software support for standard applications such as Microsoft Office as well as internal specific applications.
  • Maintaining any changes to PC images as required.
  • Conference room support (testing and troubleshooting AV equipment and connectivity).
  • Troubleshooting and resolving networking issues including cell phone issues, headsets, etc.
  • Assistance with testing and integrating new IT provided equipment as required.
  • Mobile device support (iPhone, Android).

Qualifications:

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.  
  • At least one relevant industry certification to include MCSA, A+, Network+, Security+.
  • Fluency in English, both in written and oral communication. 

Experience:

  • Executive Desktop Support: 3 years (Preferred)
  • 3+ years’ experience supporting internal desktop systems software and hardware, application training, and overall incident ownership and management.  
  • 3+ years’ experience working in support of desk side services with specific focus on supporting executive VP\VIP levels and their assistants.
  • 2 years’ experience supporting Microsoft Desktop/Laptops, Apple technologies and Devices and network connectivity.
  • 2 years’ experience with Skype Enterprise Voice and Microsoft Outlook/Exchange, including advanced troubleshooting.
  • Advanced knowledge of iOS and Android mobile devices and experience with MDM solutions.
