Job Description

Responsibility description:


1. Responsible for overseas market sales and buyer indicators.


2. Development, maintenance and negotiation of business relations among overseas media, associations, experts and agents;


3. Develop overseas buyers'fields and resources, collect data and maintain follow-up according to exhibition value and exhibitors' requirements.


3. Participate in various peer activities and tap more resources of exhibitors and high-end buyers at home and abroad;


4. Maintain good communication and close contact with VIP buyers and grasp each other's needs in real time.


5. Unscheduled information push, visit and relationship maintenance for high-end buyers to increase the number of attendance during the development period


6. Organizing and serving on-site activities of overseas buyers, and visiting and investigating visits after the exhibition;


7. Maintenance of English websites; responsible for daily maintenance and content management of social media such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc. to enhance the project's overseas influence and attention.


8. Complete other tasks assigned by superior supervisors.


Requirements:


1. Excellent English listening, speaking and writing skills, able to communicate independently with overseas customers;


Overseas media, public relations experience and negotiation skills are preferred.


3. Some media, associations and government resources are preferred.


4. Good communication, coordination, oral expression and interpersonal skills
