The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the AIA Existing Business team on 12 month contract to provide a best in class customer experience to AIA policyholders, advisers and key stakeholders enhancing AIA’s ‘Best in Life” philosophy whilst adhering to our business operating protocols, procedures and principles. In this role you will be responsible for processing high volume administrative tasks and making outbound calls to our customers to ensure any changes to their policies are completed within the set timeframes. To do this successfully you will:
- Process administration tasks such as alterations and cancellations within agreed turnaround times
- Provide great customer service and resolve enquiries including escalations and complaints
- Develop and maintain quality working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Play an active role in risk management and ensure work complies with AIA standards and regulations
- Actively participate in continuous improvement activities and projects
Successful applications will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively and efficiently
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work well in a team
