The Opportunity:
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a role where being customer centric is key. This role is a 6month fixed term contract.
You will focus on delivering superior administration support and making changes to existing policies.
You will be a point of contact for existing business decisions and escalations, as well as proactively managing their cases. This is a crucial role where top-class customer service and knowledge is required.
About the Role:
- Carry out changes to existing policies following the documented business processes while ensuring a high level of accuracy and quality.
- Ensure all mail is maintained within the given service level agreement.
- Provide clear and concise information and process requests in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Take part in testing and operational meetings where required to support process development and training.
- Work with your colleagues to help each other out and collaborate during busy times.
About you:
- Experience in a customer focused and service orientated environment.
- A customer focused work ethic and approach to problem solving.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent verbal and written communicator as you’ll be working with internal stakeholders along with external customers and advisors.
- Exceptional organisational skills where you can demonstrate a strong ability to prioritise and be proactive and self-motivated.
- High motivation to develop and learn.
