Duties and Responsibilities:
1. on board preparation, eg. Pre-reading book/SAP data create/maintenance SAP information after on board;
2. expat database maintenance and check weekly;
3. Make survey monthly;
4. Better communication with expats;
5. Help on taxi/hotel booking/driving license application ;
6. Help on bank account/SIM card/physical check for expat and families;
7. Help on invitation letters from company/government;
8. Organizing activity for expats and families monthly. Help on weekend activities.Make record;
9. Monthly newsletter, Sending out at beginning of month;
10. Follow up all related payment – school tuition fee, flight tickets fee, etc. (reminder to add next year);
11. Create new hire contracts and get approval from HQ;
12. Renew or updated contract with JO on time;
13. Make termination files.
Requirements:
Data creating and maintenance 1.Database 2.SAP 3.COS.
