Be a part of a highly motivated team of 16 Quality and Capacity Supplier Specialists to ensure a smooth ramp up of W206.
 
You must be able to conduct audits (VDA 6.3 as Lead Auditor) and you need to have a profound knowledge of all relevant Quality tools (VDA/RGA, PPAP etc.).
 
This requires an outgoing, confident individual with excellent communication skills and knowledge.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter, who has a passion for excellence and values, integrity and respect.

delegated S.H.E.Q. tasks and duties & to inform superior about
deviations.


The Job Requirements
- Highly skilled in all Quality tools and Audits (VDA 6.3 Lead Auditor is a mandatory and not negotiable prerequisite)

- Good Familiarity with DAI processes/systems

- Good organising and interpersonal skills

- Fluent English

- Willingness to travel

Outputs
- Ensure that maturity levels are efficiently maintained with suppliers, focusing on components with enhanced maturity level risk

- Plan, organize end conduct round tables with cross-functional team for early identification of maturity level problems through mandatory and active involvement of suppliers.

- Assessment of preventative quality related parameters along the product creation process and result communication.

- Review and monitoring of supplier FMEAs

- Control implementation of defined corrective measures and monitor their effectiveness together with suppliers

- Planning, co-ordination end execution of audits and performance tests. Based on audit findings, controlling of necessary improvement measures and appropriate Implementation, as well as the effectiveness measuring of corrective actions.

- Set up sampling schedule and get suppliers commitment for defined milestones. Define sampling features.

- Monitor first out of series tooling produced parts where necessary.
